Cinema Viktoria

Bereits über 20 Jahre steht dieses armenische Kino leer. Seit dem Leerstand wechselte der Eigentümer zweimal, allerdings ohne Erfolg. Das Gebäude verfällt weiterhin und Wasser dringt durch die Decke in den ehemaligen Kinosaal ein. Alte Projektoren und diverse modrige Filmrollen sind immer noch zerstreut zu finden. Ob hier jemals wieder eine Filmvorführung stattfinden wird?

This Armenian cinema has been empty for over 20 years. The owner has changed twice since the vacancy but to no avail. The building continues to decay and water leaks through the ceiling into the former cinema hall. Old projectors and various musty film rolls can still be found. Now’s the question of whether or not there will ever be a film screening again.
