Die Republik Moldau ist das ärmste Land Europas. Allerdings auch das einzige Land was ich kenne das Flächendeckendes W-Lan und Steckdosen in den offiziellen Parks hat. Im Sommer sitzen die Leute gemütlich mit einem Kaffee und ihrem Laptop in der Sonne auf einer der zahlreichen Parkbänke und genießen das Wetter. Ich habe mich einige Zeit in der Hauptstadt Chișinău aufgehalten. Empfehlen kann ich dort das Hotel Codru. Das Personal dieses Hotels hat mich auf meiner Reise durch das Land vor Betrugsmaschen und Korruption gerettet und beschützt. Im gesamten Land empfiehlt sich daher genaustens auf die Kommentare beim Buchen von Hotels und Pensionen zu achten! Auch ich wurde leider bevor ich im Hotel Codru eingecheckt bin Opfer von Betrug. Das Personal spricht dort übrigens perfektes Englisch. Lesenswert ist außerdem dieser Artikel über Moldawien und die Korruption.

The Republic of Moldova is the poorest country in Europe. But it’s the only country I know that has extensive WiFi and sockets in its parks. In summer people can sit comfortably with a coffee and their laptop in the sun on one of the numerous park benches enjoy the weather. I stayed in the capital Chișinău for some time. I can highly recommend the Hotel Codru that’s located there. The staff of this hotel saved and protected from scams and corruption on my trip throughout the country. And to top it off: The staff speaks perfect English. It’s therefore advisable to play very close attention to the comments when booking hotels and guest houses!
