Kosovo

Der Kosovo gilt immer nach als völkerrechtlich umstritten. Bei meiner Einreise über Nordmazedonien gab es jedoch keine Probleme. Ausgereist bin ich nach Montenegro. Laut Reiseberichten soll es immer wieder Probleme an den Grenzen zu Serbien geben, da Serbien die Unabhängigkeit des Kosovo nicht anerkennt. Mir persönlich gegenüber sind die Menschen im Kosovo alle herzlich und offen gewesen. Viele der Einwohner sprechen sogar Deutsch, da sie während des Kosovokriegs in Deutschland lebten. Zudem bietet die Natur des Kosovos eine sehr interessante Flora und Fauna. Es können Berge bis zu 2.656 Meter erklommen werden.

Kosovo is considered controversial under international law. But there were no problems when I tried entering through North Macedonia. I left for Montenegro. According to travel reports, there are have been and still are problems at the borders with Serbia, as Serbia doesn’t acknowledge the independence of Kosovo. The residents in Kosovo were all warm and open towards me. Many of the residents even spoke German as they used to live in Germany during the Kosovo war. Additionally, the nature of Kosovo offers a very interesting flora and fauna. Mountains of up to 2,656 meters can be climbed here.
